The Five Song Rule
For all the Dales of the world, John and I came up with the Five Song Rule, so no one has to be ashamed of liking any type of music.
If you like one song, you like the song and you like the musician who sings it. But in order to be considered a fan, you must like FIVE songs from them. For example:
The only songs I like from Aerosmith is
Sweet Emotion
Eat The Rich
Therefore I like Aerosmith but I am not a fan.
The songs I like from U2
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Desire
Streets have No Name
I still Haven't Found What I am Looking For
Miami
Mysterious Ways
Even Better Than The Real Thing
Pride
America
That's Nine songs. Since it is over the Five Song limit, that means I like U2 AND I am a fan.
So, if everyone follows the Five Song Rule, they can like whatever music they want and not be ashamed to hide it. :)
