Tech Support Horror Story #2

It was a simple call, as most are. The guy needed to reset his employee withholdings. I proceeded to help him and then in the background, I can hear a female screaming at him. As it turns out, it's his wife. She is blaming him for messing up the payroll. He assured her that he and I would solve it. Apparently that wasn't good enough. Then I hear a loud WHACK over the phone.

It took me a few seconds to realize SHE HIT HIM!!!

I waited for a second and then said, "Sir, are you all right?"

There was a small pause and then he whispered, "Can we continue please?"
