ARGH

I am being punished.

I had such a fantastic call volume in the later half of last week and now today, I had to escalate TWO CALLS to the senior team. I've NEVER DONE THAT!!!!

This has just been one of those days when I've had to come up with last minute desperate solution to impossible problems created by other (beep)ing people.

I hope this winds down soon. It should have but it's not.

Luckily the day will be over in twenty minutes.
