Introducing Thaddeus Frogley
At the request of Johnny Norms, I have created this character from the name he gave me. It definitely sounded like a frog person and with his first name, it also sounded like a possible stuck up smart ass.
Needless to say he sounds like the perfect partner to Pepe.
