Tech support Horror Story #1
This was so crazy I had to share it.
Customer called in and wanted help to fill out a receipt. Routine call. As she told me what she wanted, a Chinese woman in the background began to scream out words. I tried to ignore it as I continued to help her. My first assumption is that she is calling me on a cell phone from a Chinese restaurant. The more the woman talk, the more the chinese woman would scream in the background. After a few minutes, the customer screames, "SHUT UP!!"
I finally asked, "Ma'am, what is that?"
"I'm so sorry. That's my bird."
I didn't bother to ask where she bought it. It SOUNDED obvious. :)
