6th Day of Peak Season is over

I had a bad day.

I only managed to pull out 34 calls. That's really sad. I can only hope I do better tomorrow.

The calls have dropped . . . .by 80 people. Woo, hoo.

There still 134 people on hold and 8 ghosts in the phantom queue.

We need all hands on deck for the 134 and a priest for the phantoms.

The Cook went home sick today. I hope I don't catch what he has.
