Peak Season = Day Five and Half

This is a saturday so it doesn't count a Day 6.

No food today. Just stuck in the trenches. Rumor has it, we'll get pizza later. But my two day pass is still in effect, so my hours at my post will be short.

Already a few mortar rounds have made toward the building. A misplaced tax service here, an update that didn't work there.

Nothing that we can't handle.

It's a Skeleton Crew here today. Mostly we're all laughs and enjoying the easy calls.

But deep in our gut, we know it won't be easy on Monday. But that's the job. It all comes with the territory.
