Been a while since I did a tech support cartoon. Sorry about that but I've only been inspired by lastest events. I've been taking 40 plus calls on a daily basis. That is peak season volume. However, it AIN'T peak season, is it???

MSN listed the 13 symptoms of burnout. After reading the list, I found I have ten of them.

I will continue to work as hard as I normally due but even a decent worker can be overwhelmed by volume.
