The 8thday of Peak Season "Peason"

I am stuck on the phone with a customer and an unsolveable payroll problem. I'll stay with her until I can fix it or be ABSOLUTELY sure I can't fix it.

Video-Fiend then contacted me and said that CS wanted him to call back a customer about her margins issue. They said that she talked me to, but they forgot to give him the proper incident number. "Can you give me the number?" Video-Fiend asked.

"Yeah, sure." I then paused, "Shit. Wait. I talked to over 8 people today about margins! Which one should I choose?"

"How many are female?"

"Three." I tell him.

"Crap." he mutters.

Video Fiend then left to figure it out.
