Sick as a dog

I had to clal into work today cause I was pukingmy guts out this morning and Havng to sit on the toliet. "you know what i mean?" I've been laying down all morning but now my back is killing me so I decided to sit up for awhile. Sorry I can barely type yall, i ma shivering.

for all my friends at wokr, i apologize for missing today. you know I neer try to be out if I can't help it and well, today I couldn't help it.
