8th Parkway

Out in the parking lot, Kane is reviewing our route to Lilburn. We'll have to start out on 8th Parkway then move to Lizard Drive. That should take us a straight shot to Lilburn.

Malibu is jumping up and down performing stunts. Moxies rolls her eyes at every manuever. Super Nerd is adjusting his rifle and his canteen strap but keeps getting them tangled. After listening to his crap for five minutes, I finally walk over and untackle it for him. "Thank you, sir." he says.

"Whatever." I mumble.

Kane finally had the route prepared. We hoist up our gear and get ready to go retrieve our friend. I hear the wines and hum of motorized joints behind me. I turn around to see SkullSmasher looking at us. "Good luck, Jason." he tells me.

"Thanks, SkullSmasher." I tell him, "Any last minute senior rep advice?"

"Yeah. Don't forget to duck." he says coldly.

"Thank you." I tell him as I walk over to join my friends.

Moxie begins to hum a tune while Space Rat soars into the sky to be our advanced scout. Iron Lung is a little nervous. I pat him on the shoulder to let him know he'll live through this.

And on we merrily go.
